VIP Customer Tiers:
I've initiated a VIP Customer Tier system for return customers. To be qualified you must be a return customer and have had reached the following price points with your orders.
Tier 1: $1000+ Gives you 20% off all future orders with the exception of new releases* or Free Shipping including international.
Tier 2: $500+ Gives you 10% off all orders.
Tier 3: 300+ gives you 5% off all future orders.
*New releases are considered new up to 3 months after initial release. Look for dates in the item description and if a date can't be found it's fair game.
Sometimes gallery shows and conventions have a way of springing up and slowing down the commission process, but don't worry I'll keep you in the loop AND if you are not aware, I have an incentive plan for having to wait. If your commission takes more than a month to complete after your projected week I will throw in an additional signed 4x4 print, resin figure or commission/commission credit depending on how many months you've had to wait, hopefully it wont have to come to that..
In the Loop:
This Refers to emails, texts, and phone calls pertaining to the progress of your piece. All emails will be sent from ShadeDelgado@gmail.com, all texts and Phone Calls will have The Following # 415.601.8420 All Work In Progress photos aka, WIPs, can be sent via phone or email. Let me know your preferred method of receiving emails. For those of you outside the US with WhatsApp the same phone # applies.
Due to the nature of the items being made no refunds or exchanges are accepted. This is my livelihood and I spend a lot of time and energy making these works specifically for you, so when one backs out of a sale it's valuable time wasted and in some cases shows a lack of respect for me and my work.
-There are certain situations where only partial or full refunds are granted-
If for any reason we disagree on the direction on an item being commissioned and nearing completion I will offer a partial refund and the item will remain with me and go up for sale in my shop. In most cases you will be refunded less than half because of my time, material cost, and BS tax. Full refunds will be granted if I have not started your piece, no questions asked :)
Since you're looking at my work to begin with, I think we'll get along just fine, don't fret.

Damages and returns:
I don't accept returns, however if you received anything damaged I will gladly repair it for you free of charge and cover return shipping within the United States. Other countries will be responsible for their return shipping.

Any Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item, especially if you are in another country, but I will work with you as much as possible to ensure it arrives safely.
